A cousin of mine mentioned you, Fr. Dave, to me that you're her favourite homilist. So I have just started listening to you, while doing my house chores using my earphone. In a way you're my regular companion now. Your talk interspersed with humour delivers the message effectively. Hopefully, I'll be transformed in time into the person God created me to be as a result of listening to you. We have also something in common: I'm an avid listener to Bishop Greg Homeming, and I read St. Therese of Lisieux, St. Teresa of Avila and St. John of the Cross (which you often quote), though I don’t understand much, esp., the latter two. May God continue to speak thru you for the remainder of your life. 🙏

Thanking God together for you Fr. Dave , for how you have Become, because this was the His design, His purpose for you. You know the many Challenges in our practice of the faith. You courageously address the needs of the people of God at this present time , you are practical in your instruction, especially to the many listening to your homilies on social media , for church goers who at times are just fulfilling an obligation . You make the ordinary people aware of what is expected of them as they fulfill their call to love God and neighbor. You speak out the truth , you educate our conscience even if it’s a strong issue because we need to hear the truth as it is applied in the ordinariness of life. You interpret for us , make the daily mass readings and gospel applicable & real. Praying for more abundant graces for Wisdom , to persevere as you continue to build up the body of Christ , the faithful . May God continue to bless you with good health until you reach your 87th Birthday & beyond .

If you want to go to Heaven Be attentive, be intelligent, be reasonable and be responsible.

God continue to bless you Fr. Dave because you are always an enlightening and insightful preacher and speaker. No wonder you are much sought-after. Kudos po for we need priest homilists like you.
