61 is a good age to try it..I'm nearly 63 and thought of it too, but I'm chicken!! But these young teens and 20s that are having injections until their lips look ridiculous...or botox and there's no sign of a wrinkle or line, their skin is at its best stage.. its just money down the drain. And the over pumped lips (they're now discovering) can stretch the skin and cause puckers and wrinkles around the mouth and lips.. so young girls should really be more sensible!!

Had my cheeks, eye trough, vermillion lines & marionette lines filled two weeks ago. I had no bleeding or bruising, but some tenderness for a few days. I do plan on continuing with this. I just turned 66 and friends say I look 10-12 years younger! I am very happy & thrilled!!

Absolutely amazing, Nisha. It has rounded and softened your face. It doesn't look like you have had something done but you do look different in a good way. Thank you for posting this! My dentist used to do it. It looked good on her, but then got to looking fake and puffy. I think when she had done it a few times, maybe lost too much collagen to support it anymore... I think at about 60... I think she's 65 now and has gone natural. BUT, I don't really see your jowls! I know you do, it is so slight... I see what you are talking about from the side only and so slight, from the front you are just beautiful and perfect, IMO.

Looks good! I use to have filler in my "pre-jowl sulcus". I wanted a more long-term solution without any surgery. My provider suggested I have Kybella in my jowls, which I did end up doing almost 2 years ago. I was nervous the skin would sag after the fat "melted" away but it really tightened up and my jawline is nice and straight!

Wow! Really amazing difference! The pics really highlight the change. You’re gorgeous either way honestly but it’s your face, your decision. I just recently got cheek fillers and couldn’t be happier. I did it for me and me only. At 55 my mouth area was sagging and volume in my cheeks made a huge difference.

You look great Nisha, but then you always do. I really hope that the lady who treated you was at least a nurse, but preferably a doctor . I was suprised to see the filler was not administered with a cannula.As a response to previous comments I'd like to simply say its not true that some people have said once fillers are reabsorbed they leave spaces behind. Muscle mass lowers with age and gravity creeps in, these two factors alone alter the contours of your face. Fillers used in very small amounts will not create pits or indents in the skin. If you are taking about ridiculous amounts then of course lumps and bumps will occur, but small measured treatments do not cause problems. Botox and fillers give lovely results if administered properly by professional people in small amounts. Your B&As are really lovely. Xx

I watched her channel a few times but stopped because I found her completely oblivious to the fact not all people can afford these procedures and way too holier than thou for my liking. Angie cannot be trusted. She has lied about her eyelid surgery and wants us to believe that the Retin-A can correct drooping eyelids. That is a complete and utter falsehood. Tretinoin cannot remove the skin. Only a blepharoplasty can do that. Angie is not truthful and dishonest. Unfortunately she has sold out like the rest on RU-vid. Nisha is honest about her procedures and I applaud her for that!

Wow, seriously? You all just join in to bash Angie. I love Nisha and her videos, and also love Angie. She gives us great information, and it's her life, and her face - she can do procedures if she wants. I don't understand the uproar about her eyelids. Did you see the post she put on Instagram the other day showing, in natural lighting and no filter, herself with and without makeup. The eyelid hoods are still there, they are apparently just very disguised with makeup and filters in her videos. People just love to hate.

@@SometimeAgo65 the only thing I've done to my face, my nose ( from a car accident, but love it.. I went to the best) multiple chemical peels, I'n my thirty's.. That was silly, I have great skin. Lypo suction, again, unnecessary. My breast done four times, need to be redone about every ten years You'd think I'd have more done on my face, just not interested. I have friends that have done it, and I really didn't see a difference, and they went to the best. My mom got a face lift, and it left her with noticeable scaring. At the age of 70, my mom got her breast done for the sixth time. She had them put huge bags in, it looks ridiculous. At the same time she had a tummy tuck, again, no difference.. If I do anything, it would be an eye lift, and maybe fillers...

Thank you for sharing the procedure. And thank you to your doctor for letting you film. I did look away a bit when she put the needle in (because in am creeped out by needles), the before and after pics really showed the different. You always look amazing. But I am glad you are doing what you want. Never let people make you feel bad for you being you. You have made a huge difference in how I feel about myself. I have been bave enough to try new make up looks because of you. I love listening to you talk too. You are so funny when you say " I can't be bothered to wash my hair," so hairstyle, wig whatever is the fix , it's such a nice phrase and makes me chuckle every time. YOU LOOK FABULOUS!!!!-

Hi Nisha! I had veins removed from my face. I was so so happy to have them gone. The look on your face is very similar to mine after that procedure. Wow! Great results! This past January I had a lower face lift for this same very problematic area!! I was 59 1/2 yrs old!!! It was amazingly painless!! It was preformed by a Hollywood dr here in the USA that patented this surgery under local anesthetic! Will have it done again In ten years👏🏻👏🏻

Thanks so much for posting this video! I, too, have been annoyed by these unexpected jowls that developed on my face. I thought I’d have to have a face lift to do anything about it, but that seems pretty drastic and beyond my sense of how I want to spend money. But you’ve brought up a real (and non-surgical) alternative. Thank you for that. As far as anyone scolding you - or anyone else - for generously taking the time and energy to share their experience with what is, after all, body decoration, something humans have been doing for thousands of years and still do in so many ways, THAT’S RIDICULOUS. I have a friend whose branch of her religion requires them to henna palaces on their faces, their arms, and the backs of their hands or certain celebrations: it’s decoration. It’s all personal artistic expression, a way for us each to freely be ourselves. I suspect the critics are those who just don’t understand, haven’t found personal artistic outlets of their own. Does this make sense? Anyway, I love your videos, and I thank you for taking the time to make them & share them with us.

Really I think the test of good injectables & injector is that you don’t notice a huge difference that makes you not look like yourself, but still addresses the issue that bothers you. What about kabella for permanent dissolve of fat under chin?

I've had two Kabella treatments and love it. I never really had a nice defined jawline even when I was young and thin. Recovery time and the final results take about 6-8 weeks. Takes a week for the swelling to go away (there is lots of swelling and you will look like a bullfrog) but it takes longer for the fat to dissolve. Good thing is once the fat is gone it is gone forever. You will not grow more fat cells. You are born with a certain number but when you gain weight the fat cells swell. It is pricey at over 1k US. I also had the horizontal line in my chin filled in with filler and it has vastly improved my profile.

I’m having this done on Thursday.....I was meant to have it done last week but I had a mouth ulcer (yuck) and the wouldn’t do it until it was gone......they told me it will take about 2 weeks to look its best.....but you look great....and I really appreciate you showing us this......sending you lots of love from Australia x

Yes over a period of time it does. My friend is a PA and works for a plastic surgeon this is only for a period of time to many fillers will produce a lion look.

Brilliant. Needed to see this as I’ve been toying with the idea of jawline and cheek fillers. And love how you state it’s your choice and you can do what you want!
