You're right...there is a whole other level of appreciation for the little intricacies in rap when you are a true head. I used to think only people who rap themselves can appreciate those things because we do them and see them at eye level. But it's good to see that people who are simply fans of the art can see it too, when they are deep enough into it.

My favorite part is how he addresses the in-between...Often times people who don't even snitch, still get killed or targeted in prison if those affiliations feel as if they gave even an ounce of info...As you said sometimes you damned just for getting caught
So what I appreciated about the song was the accuracy of both sides. Not one side had a weak argument. For example, the hardest argument was the side that was pro snitching when he was saying that his boys wouldn't visit him in jail if he didn't snitch. They would just go around saying "Free my nigga" and making posts. Then the side who was anti-snitching ended his verse with free Bobby Shmurda which just solidified the other guys position. Leaving the person like Stevie Knight said damned if you do damned if you don't.

SO worth the wait hearing a new Joyner album!!! Joyner was my intro to rap several years ago when he was not as well-known as he his now. Joyner led me to discover NF. I'm "older", but these two artists are my Top 2. SO happy to see they are both getting their due!!!
