I thought it would be of use to put the Joyo Dark Flame into a totally dry clean tone in a Boss Katana, a very good and trusted amp for gigging and home players alike and also using a V30 Harley Benton cab, again something a lot of folk have. I like it, so this pedal could Revv up any clean amp, it's fantastic

Love the Darkflame and Uzi! I have an argos and Us Dream on the way and My sights are on the Rigel and chopper z.

I do fancy the Uzi, high gain Marshall tones are great for me live, they just cut through like no other. I've had good results with boosting the lower gain Dark Flame with a boss sd1

I never thought of that but yeh, there's a tight, crunch to it with a lot of punch.... I'll take that as a compliment on the tone because the sound Vai had in that movie is awesome.

Lebih galak mana antara brown boss katana dengan pedal joyo dark flame ini?

They are different, the Dark Flame is much tighter and more modern sounding, the brown sound has more gain but in a looser style and not usable when very high in gain, brown is more like a hot boosted Marshall but the Dark Flame is super tight but not like a Mesa or a 5150. Dark flame and a tubescreamer is very 5150 modern metal tone.

@@abiisomad5625 I would also say, if you have a clean tone, the Dark Flame is very easy to use to make a great metal tone, much faster than having to use "tonestudio" or access the extra controls on a computer so if you play live, the pedal is fast and easy.. I got a good tone in a few seconds . I hope this helps. They make another called the UZI that is more Friedman based and Marshall based but I have not got that one yet

@@Fergieguitar saya mempunyai boss katana 50 di rumah, saya butuh pedal distortion yang sound nya seperti john petrucci. Apakah dark flame dan tubescreamer bisa mendekati ke arah sana? Dengan chanel clean boss katana 50? UZI saya tidak terlalu suka dengan sound nya pak.
