releasing this record means everything to me. its the first record from my album BRAVE coming this year. many of you know already, i had a surgery 1 year ago and the pain pills made me almost loose reality, I wrote a lot of this record in that period. some parts I don't even remember making. but this song and the album pulled me back. I don't know what this record is or what its supposed to be, but I hope you find it refreshing and the album to follow. thank you for all your support.

This to me is music production rivaling the level of skrillex. The flawless mixing/mastering, the creativity, the feeling of never knowing whats next. as a classic pianist, bass house enthusiast and lover of EDM in general, it's so fucking cool to see joyryde not ignore melody in his songs. Every song has a very distinct melody, either sampled from classic music or otherwise. Melody and Heavy hitting are *not* mutually exclusive

I fucking love joyryde, but he stole one of the best parts of the song without so much as a nod to Beethoven (hell, even call it I'm Gone In The Moonlight or something, anything). Either way, this track is my favorite find of 2019 by far.

When ppl say House music they usually refer to traditional Tech House and G-House inspired music, not stuff like Progressive House or Bass House.
