Actually not that bad once you get the hang of it, but god 35 investigations (which I will now refer to as drug busts thanks to AstralSpiff) just takes so freaking long, so if you're consistent at doing the drug busts and try not to rush it then you should be fine.
As for tips:
Keep the monitor open until you see the message saying the ghost entered an animatronic, because if it's Balloon Baby you wanna get him quickly
As soon as you start, call an animatronic, which one doesn't really matter as long as it isn't BB because then you've already narrowed it down to 4 animatronics, it can't be the one you called, and it can't be BB if his stability wasn't glitching
Try to do no less than one repair per drug bust unless BB is the haunted one, but if necessary you can do multiple repairs before a drug bust, all you have to do is first figure out which is the haunted animatronic, and if the haunted one is one you need to repair, drug bust it, then immediately call it before it can get possessed again.
Try to figure out which of the 4 signs you need to look for as soon as an animatronic is possessed then start ruling which is the haunted one, this can be annoying since frequently the animatronics will start traveling in pairs.
