Ephesians 4:29 Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.
It’s impossible to imagine devons strength without feeling it.. id argue any guy with insanely absurd strength would think they can take down devon. Its one of those things you just cant fathom until you’re on the table getting pinned.
That kindness/“hey you’re strong!” Devon shows to people, and how many of them instantly take that inch and grab a mile with their egos going “haha you’re so weak”… it is so universal. I can’t explain how many times I’ve given guys credit for things and they’ve essentially abused the kindness and turned it completely around to make ME look like the bad/weak/inferior/worse guy. Why can’t more people just think with their brains and not their animal instincts?
They say you get to a point with Devon where you feel like you hit a wall. If you watch no matter how hard this guy pulls he just can’t crack a certain point. That’s where he bleeds out.
The fact the Devon was pulling for hours and still gave him the hit and held him. He could’ve though he could’ve pinned him easy but He waited for him to give up, he wanted to steal his soul.
@@stitcha123 "Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth!" replied Mike Tyson when asked about facing Evander Holyfield and his plan for fighting Mike. Or, "No plan survives first contact with the enemy!" Or, in my own words.....What are you going to do once the shit hits the fan?
You can see a door, you can think about how you will enter the door, but you dont know whats behind the door until you open it. You cant plan for whats behind the door.
Devon knows leverage. He is insanely strong but also knows his lock position so he can just stop guys. He baits everyone into it and they sit there taxing themselves. See how he turns his shoulders, puts his arm/wrist in that lock position, then leans back and let’s people beat themselves? Unless you are Levan or one of the superheavyweights to power through that, good luck!
Ive seen clips where he cant straighten his arm fully, its just evolved that way. So for sure his arms got a little advantage there on top of massive stamina, strength, knowledge and expertise lol
What a master of having a conversation while exerting himself tremendously all just to get in people’s heads (but he’s mostly respectful which is so cool). This dude is a pro!
So being somewhat local to J.R. Hostler I know he is a crazy strong guy and his name's been in the mix for 2 or more decades. The guys I practice with have pulled with J.R. and always spoke highly of his crazy strength
For real. The casuals on here don’t know. Junior is probably 15-20 years older than Devon and Junior pins 99% of Armwrestlers. Really this video just shows how good Devon is
At most, Dave will be "Dave '2 rounds' Chaffee", like what a fan said in his match against Morozov. Dave couldn't beat Artyom, Genadi, and Ermes, so he's not going to have a chance against Devon. First round, Devon will do the King's move and it's going to be, "YEAA, BIG BOY!" 2ND round is: "QUIT, DAVE! WHO'S NUMBER ONE IN NORTH AMERICA NOW?" 3RD round, Devon wins and goes, "OPANA!" and Genadi will yell "OPANA" in the background
to get a good grip yea and to position himself better, lower his body to get more square, thats arm wrestling. He didnt put himself in a crazy favorable position, he actually gave up all height
He is off gear or on a very light dose. You can immediately see the difference in his muscles and frame. He is doing it the right away. You have to take breaks to let the body recover.
So funny hearing that guy in the back telling Devon that he cant beat JR. Meanwhile Devon looks like hes been on the table already for the last 4+ hours beating people. Thats when Devon said ok, ill just stop this guy right here and now... Devon still has enough in the tank to stop fresh arms.
