Joe is joined by Sean Strickland, a professional mixed martial artist competing in the middleweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. www.ufc.com/athlete/sean-strickland
@@Retro_dave1 How can you be so confident when you're so wrong? Literally in the first few seconds you can hear that this is after the abus magomedov fight
@The_GOAT____ Oh yeah? He's smart enough not to debate someone as crazy as him but smarter so he's smart enough to shut up and get an expert on.. which is what he did. He knows the fight world, that's his world. Did Joe ever claim to be a science or publish papers or have patents in physics and chemistry? Do you understand context? Joe can talk fight game and screwed up past all day long and push back on views. Terrace presented in depth research on topics Joe's probably never heard of.
@@hardcorebarbell please the 1 times 1 thesis isn’t in depth at all and im 100% sure Joe Rogan could easily disprove it if he tried but no, he just accepted terrences an action always requires a reaction bla bla bla bullshit
Instead of PC talking heads. He's admitted he was (might still be) racist. Nobody will try and cancel him though. Why? Because they won't get the groveling response from him they feed off of
@@eddiebear34 Yup. And that's why I appreciate him. Im not white or black. But I know for a fact that everyone is racist to a certain extent. People just don't want to admit it. Racist might be a strong word. Prejudice is a better word.
@@purplelettuce8996 when did Tyler wear women’s clothing? It’s funny how these guys who preach they don’t give a shit what anyone thinks, also are terrified of being perceived a certain way.
@@Jackthompson01 because they upload it with an old date, so doesnt show as new post or anywhere.. if u wanna see it u have to literally go in channel and click or somehow get close enough algorithm for an old date post
I'm someone who never cusses, literally never, but I freaking love that Strickland says whatever he wants and doesn't apologize for who he is, and Joe, I respect you even more for having people like this on your show. I can't stand people who are always apologizing for anything they say because they're worried they offended someone. People like that will never be great at anything.
@@hardcorebarbell I'm not praising him for cursing. I'm praising that he's free to be who he is, saying what he wants, and not apologizing for it. My point is that even though you'll never hear me curse, I'm never going to tell someone they shouldn't watch what they say, especially when they're not trying to intentionally offend anyone. Now, if that was my kid, that would be different. Hopefully, you understand that.
@@ls_smoke_skies7421 I never said I didn't imply curse words, or think them, or want to use them, or that curse words are bad. However, I think you'd agree that saying a curse word and thinking about them are completely different, or at least they have different consequences? However, the words we use tend to define who we are because we tend to say what we think. If you don't control what you think, you'll not control what you say, and you'll be seen as someone who knows what they're talking about or a fool. One reason I don't cuss is because I do my best to control what I think and I've always thought cursing was mentally lazy, but that doesn't mean all cussing is bad or that there's not a time for them.
Sean has become a phenomenon way beyond MMA and the sporting world. People appreciate what an honest, unapologetic, flawed, loyal, rough diamond he is. What a character. God bless him! X
He makes so many good points. Porn - and the ease of finding it these days - is poison for people. Hardly anybody knows that it's entirely fake. And it's hateful. He's right about the moral decay, the lack of guidance, and getting used by the governments. I think he's so interesting, being half psychopath and half really wise guy. His heart's in the right place.
@@MostlyHarmless. Scott Helvenston was the first 17 year old to ever complete BUDS training; and that was in 2004. So when you say "17 year old kids complete BUD/S my dude." I think you mean, " *A* single 17 year old completed BUD/S training, my dude.
Sean is a fuckin Lion, he’s a warrior, seriously, he may be one of the toughest, most inspiring and emotional guys the ufc has ever seen other than until I enter it
18:00 the biggest issue with Joe’s “answer”, is that the “hood” doesn’t want the hood fixed. No program is going to fix the feeling that they “are somebody” among their peers. Too many would rather live the “street life” until it takes them, than to actually learn a skill/trade, and work a boring job. You can’t compete with fast money, girls, drugs, guns, (misplaced) sense of power, and street respect. The life is too interesting, and addictive… bc even though it’s a shitty way to come up… it’s exciting. And, that’s the most addictive drug there is, on this planet.
The same people would find other, more productive things to be excited about if raised in a better environment. The problem is that those communities have been created that way on purpose by people who want to run societies like prisons
That’s a odd thing to say bro, out of everything that came out this mfer mouth you wager that😂 this dude is bumfukwild and I love it fr. But tbh this dude looks ken to my cousin 😂
Former shit bag here 🙋🏻♂️ like to tell you guys I went from homeless to section 8 and now I live in a gated community 🙏🏻 life is great so far I thank god for my struggles.
Sean says people like him because he had a fucked up life and basically people can relate. That may be accurate, but i think other people like him because he's funny as crap because he says whatever comes to mind and has no filter. That and he's good at fighting.
Joe is having a difficult time with Sean's views, his life views are so spot on but raw. When he gets into the Izzy stories Joe becomes so uncomfortable that it's not even funny. He becomes so unsure of how to even respond to the way Sean explains his life. He's turned out so good, but just so honest. He's not afraid to speak how he feels and how to tell people what makes him feel the way he feels. You cannot be disrespected by what he says because he only speaks the truth, but his truth is completely honest and the great thing is he doesn't look to act that out on society. It's not wrong to speak how you feel about the way you grew up. As long as you don't act out on those feelings. Sean doesn't have a filter and the way he deals with his problems is by training and fighting in martial arts. It definitely needs to be structured and the young men and women who are there trying to make a better life for themselves have got to have a good role model.
Never caught Sean talking about his mom living in Fallbrook. Thats awesome. Tom Sellick lives there, a few other of the actually cool celebrities. Its an Avocado Growing Town. My grandparents live there. Oh and Dave Mustaine, Tony Hawk has a house there, Weird Al's Parents had a home there but died from Carbon Monoxide.
Wait until Joe dogs your team. No one is safe here, only truth. If you can't see both sides you'll get mad at some point. This is not a republican show. Also, at what point is it that you're not an American? I don't care whose president, if they do something good for the country. But kids like you, likely don't give a shit about that if it's a democratic idea. Meep running for a safe place, I guess. Or grow and become better.
Also, thank fuck for releasing this one cuz when it came out I could only find shorts and literally couldn’t be found anywhere, so glad they did cuz this is an on point video. 1 guy was like “ joes never gunna ask him back” I bet he would or maybe he doesn’t but Joe like a lot of ppl understand Sean
Your right you train to protect yourself from the ones that dooooo know what there doing and are dangerous It's all about how someone was raised there intentions and morals 🎉
