I don't understand why OP ships become shit as time goes by. Maya was an unstoppable destroyer. Having 2 on your team guaranteed a victory in every match. But alas
Its still good imo, i still using it in my second account, but i using hcm more as a flare bait, then let the brahmos do the rest, then i use tiger shark torpedoes, it need cautions to use since it has some vunerability but overall its still fun to use for me since it was very skill based but yeah, some ship is stronger than this
The weak airdefense is the reason thats why i call it trash to use in online match, it can easily kill by aircraft before the airdefense of that ship is strong but now it's very weak
It was, thats why often i stay close with teammate or snipe the cv as fast as possible, also often i keep a heli with good gatling gun to use manually just in case a bomber dive in nearby or there is sf stall low enough, i mostly use seahawk and if sf start attacking i usually hide my ship so the autocannon can focus more on air target, honestly in this game, very few ship actually have good AA, even Liren AA, Huaqing AA, Isakov AA or even Varyag still can be penetrated by aircraft, but yeah that ship still work for me but like i said, need to be cautious on your surrounding, never go alone except you sure that the CV is distracted to someone else till you close enough to kill the cv, before they kill you first, so in most of the case, it still works for me but yeah, i can agree for AA buff
