This is just a random video on how to possible a pop-up issue we have with the JSME editor that we use in Moodle. I'm not 100% sure it is the solution though!

Hi, Prof Arnott, mine does not give me the option to enter a different element. It only adds an H to my structure. I have tried what is said on the video, but it still does not work. Is there anything else I can maybe try? Kind regards.

Try another browser? Or clear your cache. In the extreme case of it still not working, I am sorry - fortunately it does not count for marks.

Hi, professor Arnott, I have tried this and it still will not show. Maybe it has to do with the type of laptop I have. I have a Lenovo. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Enjoy your day.

I have tried to do this but it seems for top questions in your quizzes it works but not for questions that need this that are at the bottom of the page.

@@cliosass765 Yes - I have also recently seen this as well - the only solution seems to be to have only one structure question per 'page' which is what I have done in the last set of lectures.
