I quit coffee a few years ago -- it's very tough but worth it. I found that taking L-theanine in the morning helped a lot with not needing it any more. It's not an energy pill or anything and doesn't replace coffee, it just kinda made me not think about how bad I needed it until one day I didnt. Hope u power through!!
I forget to get coffee sometimes or almost every day. It seems like a stretch to achieve because 1. I enjoy it 2. I think it helps. But I dont necessarily like think I can’t go without it. I have to try it tho. Maybe it is an addiction and I don’t know it. What really ruined my life was drinking energy drinks every day. It tightened my muscles and caused a lot of anxiety. Anything that alters dopamine and is in constant consumption, however, I do agree to abstain from if it has become a habit. I’ve done a “dopamine” detox before where it was a week (or few days) of absolute departure from junk dopamine activities (video games, tv, music, sweets, coffee etc) and it reverts the brain to its original primal correspondents towards life in general. If anyone is depressed, maybe you just need a complete mental reset. Anyways, good luck Mr Garret on your journey. There is still a small amount of caffeine present in decaffeinated coffee. Decaf is also made through an extensive rinsing process using chemical solvents (usually ethyl acetate or methylene chloride) and is not truly natural like regular coffee. This only gets about 97% of the caffeine out of the coffee beans. Even though the coffee beans now have only 3% of the caffeine it originally had, there is still enough present for you to continue to be addicted (if you are already struggling with caffeine addiction). I thought I would let you know because the claim "decaf coffee contains no caffeine" is a misnomer. It's more like reduced caffeine, not entirely decaffeinated. I hope you have a great day/night! :)
Why does his normal drive look just as fast as me being supersonic? Is it because of FPS or camera settings or both? Idc who you are, your normal drive shouldn’t be faster than a plebs, and it looks like it, by a lot.
I don't know what the real reason is behind all the trades but just make the business decision and stop trying to play with friends pls . Achieves is a legitimate coach maybe spaceman or Corelli even . The formula is 2 young guys with mechanics and 1 vet who still hasn't reached their ultimate peak and just stick with it and put in work like you have been.
