I think the whole experience traumatized him so much that he now associates the event with his time on Step-by-Step, which is probably why he just wants to maintain a low-profile from there on out.
A lot of fans wanted the Cody and Dana connection, but I didn't. They were very attractive, but did not match physically or in age. When the show started, Dana was 16 and Cody was 24 although they made his personality to appear younger. I always liked JT and Dana, they were a better match. Too bad they were step-siblings.
Shame it was a TGIF sitcom,they had the potential to be an interesting couple even though they are technically siblings,they are not blood,if it had been another network and the show had been for a more mature audience,it could've totally been explored,the unspoken attraction between a step brother and his step sister.
JT and Dana slamming each other is hilarious😂😂😂😂. I always got the sense that way deep down they cared about each other than they were willing to admit.
