I viceversa.
This is exceptional and delightful. This is the first time I have heard this amazing singer and I'm truly privileged. I wish I was there in the audience. What a spectacular performance. Callas and Pavarotti would be giving you standing ovation.
Pavarotti was on another level. Florez could never sing this inside Turandot, like pavarotti did couple times. However there’re many tenors better than Florez (it’s very easy indeed when we talk about dramatic roles”) and even Pavarotti on this aria: Corelli, Giacomini, Gigli, Del Monaco.
Many already did. Pavarotti was indeed a brilliant tenor but people exaggerate him. I'll always stand by my opinion that Pavarotti's voice was too light and too bright for Nessun Dorma which requires a stronger and heavier voice.
Pretty good but he`s developing a wobble. He doesn`t have much of a vibrato but the last two notes have a very big modulation of pitch which means they are under pressure. He has a tiny voice so is able to push chest all the way up very easily. I must admit his new tone is more attractive than his early days but it could come at a cost!
whats going on here?? Here are people that compare him to Pavarotti... Are you serious? Flores voice is weak, its in his nose, he doesnt have good and strong technique at all!!
Unfathomable great Juan Diego Florez! Greatest tenor of all times with his fascinating divine addictive voice heartbreaking and breathtaking - and his beautiful charismatic young being! He will never be to reach, never to top!!! He is the singular shining jewel in the history of music !!!❤️🇵🇪❤️🇵🇪❤️
@@pietrocasale7331Comparing Florez to Pavarotti is like comparing a high school sprinter to Usain Bolt! Pavarotti is and perhaps always will remain the measure of greatness for other tenors to follow!!!
His voice has aged beautifully. A bit too "bright" for me when he first exploded onto the scene, but now it's dark and warm without being thin at the top.
Well, it's a concert. While I've never been of fan of his voice, I appreciate that he is willing to give the audience what they want. This is a song, nothing more, nothing less. He isn't doing the opera and never will, so if he wants to do O Mio Babbino Caro then more power to him, and the audience will love him even more.
Sensationell, wirklich. Meine Meinung 😉
Tenor with a weak voice. Apparently, sound amplification was used in the hall. This aria is not for him. There were excellent performers - Mario Del Monaco, Corelli and others.
Beautifully sung, but not very convincing. In the end, the voice lacks power or punch. He is and remains a tenore leggero who tries to change the tenor fach.
