Voce dal timbro magnifica, acuti strabilianti, attore magnifico in scena, in copia con la Dessay ci dona una sonnabula indimenticabile . Il re acuto che riesce a raggiungere a mezza cabaletta e l'acuto finale sono da brividi. La regia é strana e lascia molto a desiderare ma riesce a coinvolgere e resta impressa nella memoria. @@bodiloto falso. Porque yo lo he escuchado perfectamente en el teatro Colón de Buenos Aires sin micrófono. Y para tu información los tenores ligeros no son de gran potencia. Eso le corresponde a los líricos spintos y dramáticos. Por último no se necesita potencia, sino que este bien impostada la voz y colocada en la máscara, para que se escuche, en todo el teatro. Como ocurre con JDF.

Both Natalie Dessay and Juan Diego Florez are perfect in their roles, so convincing, so romantic, so wonderfully vocally harmonized and so brilliant as actors. For JDF his role must have been very difficult, because he is known as a very calm and nice person. Striking such strong bad emotions out from himself must have been a very demanding task for him. This staging of "La Sonnambula" will be unforgettable thanks to magnificent performances of Juan Diego Florez and Natalie Dessay. The best version of this opera I'v ever seen. Bravi, Amina and Elvino!

Juan Diego era el rey de este repertorio ahora le dió por cambiarlo poco a poco y la voz suena diferente y no me gustó cómo suena pero es uno de los mejores tenores ligeros de todos los tiempos

You can access both on the official Met Opera video on demand page! Have you seen the Royal Opera House version (2010) of Il Barbiere with JDF & DiDonato as well? If you loved him as Almaviva in the Met production, you will probably love this, it is awesome, one of my favourites as well.

Aquí, Kraus, Valletti, Tagliavini, etc., Son lo mejor. Por más bonito que cante Juan Diego (para la mayoría de oídos), no tiene técnica y voz realmente operisticas para abordar roles como Elvino, Arturo o Edgardo y ningún otro, eso se observa claramente en la debacle que ha sufrido vocalmente.
Florezzzzzzzzzzzz canta il repertorio lirico con vocalità infantile, immatura . Dessay - tecnica scarsa, vocalità poco professionale . viva il pop moderno !
