Part of the problem with large ministries today is that they require large amounts of cash to operate and the pastor, himself or herself, is looking to take an income from what the ministry brings in. When I was growing up the Pastor worked the same job you did Monday through Friday or Monday through Saturday and took a small penance for spreading the word on Sunday. He didn’t try to make it his sole means of income.

You know goodness well she didn't have those handkerchiefs in her 'prayer room' for a year. You know she picked up them handkerchiefs from Dollar Tree on her way to the church.
