No leader talks about what they can do to help but instead only winning their leader ship back to work. Another 5 years of poverty and insecurity. But Ali Roba sounds fine as he mentions lots of future plans-health care and security but seems like he does not have the money from the Government as all his promises end up empty. I believe that even though he is not getting the money to spend on the community needs - I think he is the best candidate for the post. Also he must explain why and what stopped him doing much in his previous time and why he thinks he can this time? Better he explains that - so that he can get back to work and people obviously are ready to offer him their ballot cards without denial. Roba needs to speak about high speed broadband internet for Mandera town and his seriousness on security as Mandera is NOT a safe place to live. He needs to lift curfew today NOT silent which is a sign of weakness. Curfew MUST end. One phone call to the president and lifted. We aim to see Roba in charge
