If you want the same goosebumps, check "Beast in Black" by the band of the same name and wait for: "Fierce anger Blind madness Invoke the beast of darkness No mercy, 'cause they all must die!" The two songs are truly in the same vein, both musically and lyrically. Only that the latter is power metal, which makes it even better :]
@@MrRed-tf7bv i think he's referring to when judas priest was proclaimed "dead" by society because of the uprising of thrash metal scene,so judas priest made this album as an answer to the society that they are indeed still very alive
The Hell Patrol Night riders Death dealers Storm-bringers Tear up the ground! Fist flying Eyes blazing They're glory bound The Hell Patrol...! The Hell Patrol
@@Ratamamhata Brutalize you, neutralize you Going to go for your throat as you choke Then they'll vaporapeize you Terrorize you, pulverize you Going to cut to the bone as you groan And they'll paratamize you. Chrome Masters, steel Warriors Soul Stealers ripping out hearts They're Devil Dogs. The Hell Patrol The Hell Patrol.
i dont know why, but halfords "ripping out hearts" slices like a razorblade thru my ears like no other. i think here is one of halford's best vocal performances heard (beside painkiller)
Just saw them play this and One Shot at Glory in Denver, one of the best shows I've been to, Rob killed it more than he did when I saw them 4 years ago, Ritchie played his heart out for almost losing it, and Scott murdered Painkiller, as well as everything else.
I imagine some old american muscle with red police lights and some Hell Patrol livery. On the hunt in some mad max scene but in hell. Absolutely epic. They could have made such a cool music video.
Has anyone noticed how every epic character in this and a few others is bound for glory? The painkiller, the leather rebel, the hell patrol and almost all the others as well?
One of my favorite albums from Judas Priest for sure. This and the title track are just insane. This album and "Tales from the Twilight World" from Blind Guardian played a huge part in how Power Metal turned out, from what I can tell. Way ahead of its time.
Hell Patrol sounds like a good ol' fashioned Judas Priest tune with a metal edge! It's my favorite off of the Painkiller album and my favorite song of theirs, period!! Rock on fellow brothers and sisters!!
One of my favorite songs. Love this jam. Such a bad ass song Love the vocals. This whole album kicks ass. A heavy metal masterpiece 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘 THE METAL GOD. ROB HALFORD
HAPPY BIRTHDAY ROB HALFORD!!! Robert John Arthur Halford August 25th 1951 Judas Priest ex Fight, Hear 'n Aid, Black Sabbath (live), 2wo, Abraxas, Athens Wood, Bullring Brummies, Hiroshima, Lord Lucifer, Thark.
This is one of those songs which I consider a great intro to Judas Priest ... all the qualities which make a classic Judas Priest song are well exemplified in this .
We have been the hell patrol, we didn't die on duty and now we are fuck ups who watch paw patrol with our lil Bastards instead to fight and take russian lives🤮🤮🤮
Truly Amazing Song. I'm wish this Band, this Album and this Song to Stay Always in the Top of the Music History and Especially in Our Minds. Quality Metal Music Never Betrayed Me Never Betrayed Us. 🎸🎼🎸👩🚀👍
Honestly, every time I hear this song I visualise a Terminator-like character driving down the road at night though the city, just scanning area from left to right with it's glowing red eyes...
I get that vibe from Blood Red Skies, that song feels like the human resistance trying to evade Skynet. Hell Patrol is from the Terminators point of view 😂
I always imagine a squad of powered armor warriors. Methodically cutting down hordes of enemies with auto-cannons, flamethrowers, and grenade launchers. When listening to Hell Patrol.
this song provides a list of judas priest cover bands names: Wildfires Mad whirlwinds Black thunders White lightnings Speed demons Nightriders Death dealers Storm bringers Crome Masters Steel Warriors Soul Stealers Devil Dogs Hell Patrols
This was my song for combat patrols in iraq 2005 when i was nervous about leaving the wire to assault black routes...its impossible to be scared with the Priest riding shotgun
Priest needs to release an accapella album. Then an Instrumentals album. I mean Rob sounds so insane over here you want to cry. Please Rob, if you're seeing this, Glenn, Ian, Scott. Release a "Vocals/Accapella" Album then "Instrumentals" album
