0:33 MTB: A cowboy gunslinger story

For that shortened slingfire - you can cut the barrel off the front with a hacksaw and it doesn't leave any big ugly holes. It looks great that way, just flat across the front with a little overhang at the top. It honestly looks like they designed it so you could do that. When I did it, I also made a cap for the cut off grip out of EVA foam and covered it with JB Weld to both attach it and make it strong, then painted it. I used one like that for a while, but I recently sold it and got another one that I'm going the opposite way with. Got a very long barrel from Terin3dPrint on etsy that amazingly doesn't introduce a noticeable amount of dart drag and looks like a full size cowboy repeater. I considered the mailang ones but went with this one because it looks more like the barrel on my real Marlin model 1894. Also got a long barrel from the same source for my Hammershot, and while I love having this gigantic revolver, it's a bit cumbersome.
