Just wanted to ADD that you are correct and its good to point out that Lucifer was NEVER ann angel. Lucifer wasn't created like the arc angels, Lucifer was a guardian his power was more ( defensive, blocking power) also when God states that 1/3 of the angels fell, God is speaking of the angels involved in the situation, not 1/3 one third of his created angles.
