Judge Approves Binance.US Plan to Invest in US Treasury Bills 

Binance.US has received court approval to invest customer funds in US Treasury bills. On July 19th, Judge Amy Berman Jackson authorized the American arm of the crypto exchange to invest customer fiat funds held by BitGo in T-bills with a four-week rolling maturity period.
The court order comes with conditions: third parties cannot be involved in these investments, and Binance.US must keep enough US dollars on its platform to meet customer withdrawal requests.
Additionally, Binance.US can invest corporate assets with third-party advisors, provided these investments are not related to Binance entities. The company is also permitted to transfer crypto assets to non-affiliated third-party custodians in the US, with all transfers and withdrawals requiring joint approval from both Binance.US and the custodian.
