you should read the write up on instructables everything is there! But the visor is cut from those sun visor hats with the tinted plastic

They are included in the download link, they are jpg files which you will have to scale appropriately yourself in Word or Adobe

@@THERAZONES you use the templates to cut out foam flat, then you use heat forming to make the foam piece curved. Gives you a seamless piece rather than making the curved shape from gluing multiple parts together
