Both Jeremy & George have Civil Protection Orders on both LIEnette and John CROOK, which they continue to violate on a daily basis
This hearing in Ohio Court is from October 13th, 2023
The Ohio Judge won't tolerate CROOK's insanity
LIEnette was able to get an injunction hearing in the Levy County Courts which happened on November 29th, 2023
The 2nd hearing happened on December 6th, 2023
The 3rd hearing on January 4th, took a turn for the worst when someone called in a bomb threat and the entire building was evacuated
The 4th hearing happened on January 23rd
The 5th hearing happened on February 28th
After the 5th hearing, Jeremy filed a Writ Of Prohibition to have the Judge removed
During this time, Jeremy has been collecting information and evidence against LIEnette and John CROOK from former neighbors, family and other private investigators
It is extremely evident, that his neighbor has a very dark history
And once the Judge sees this, he'll go off on LIEnette
Especially when her daughters testify against her in court
BUT the Levy County Sheriff are now claiming they are finally going to arrest LIEnette & John CROOK
But what will happen to the child once they are arrested

I’m so proud of George for getting through this horrendous cross examination by Crook, and hope and pray that she can find peace, Justice, and comfort one day soon when the two of them are held responsible for their reprehensible actions and behavior. Lock them up and please Lord, don’t allow that precious child to suffer under those conditions anymore. I think of how this has impacted your lives, it must be a kazillion times worse being a small child enduring this toxic, dysfunctional environment with individuals who clearly haven’t shielded her from any of this and have only used her as a grift machine from would be sympathizers.

Well, we certainly know now that Russ is writing out the papers of what they are to say to the judges. Lienette says a lot of the same stuff in Florida and Russ sits there texting. I would not even be surprised to find out Russ was there on the days of these hearings coaching them.

I have to laugh. He objects to almost EVERYTHING except the leading questions asked by the attorney. He was objecting to EVERYTHING I can't imagine why he stopped when he could have objected. It seems like he thinks objecting is for testimony he doesn't like instead of for not following the rules of procedure.

That was interesting. She allowed Crook to object to everything, practically every sentence during Jeremy's testimony. Even allowed his hearsay evidence into the court. He sounded more prepared that Lies for sure. His video showed perfectly their stalking mentality as does the games at the town meetings. Glad I knew the outcome before this was uploaded. This Ohio judge truly gave them both a chance to air their viewpoints in court. Put up with and allowed their psychotic behavior while in court. Vengeance will truly be shared amongst us all when the courts get their judgements finished.

It is always someone else when we have seen the video evidence that it is them both instigating and implementing threats and pulling out a gun from the waist of his jeans, and aim it towards Jeremy when Jeremy was driving past their property that is the only way to get on and off his own property! Driving slow as both John Cook and Lienette Preston asked Jeremy and George to drive slowly due to their child running wild on their property and she could run out into the road. Perfect filming that cannot be disputed.
