I have said it many times but I just have to say again, Judge Boyd you are so kind and so fair. You do not harass the offender. You treat them as you treat everyone else no matter what their offenses. You also make sure that the attorneys do the same.
Just another soft judge , but she's real soft on ILLEGAL ALIENS but not an American I've seen illegal aliens in court for the same charges as an American citizen the illegal aliens go free no matter if it's murder but the American that commits murder goes to prison , talk about discrimination against we Americans it's playing out in real time.... FACTS !!!!
What does it mean with or without enhancement? I absolutely respect this Judge! She's empathetic yet strong! She's witty yet does NOT play about the law! I can also say I would never want to stand before her. That look when she sees someone 2xs is the same disappointing look my Mom would give me lol Thank you all for helping me understand "enhancement"
I can attest to the pain of a tonsillectomy as an adult. Mine was combined with addressing a deviated septum. The pain in the throat was so strong that I never felt any pain in my nose and sinuses. One thing is different from long past. The procedure is done in a different way that greatly reduces the thermal trauma to adjacent tissue. Back in the day, they were effectively ripped off and then the wounds were cauterized. When it was done on me, the wound is basically microwaved. Still plenty of painful trauma and I don't wish it on people.
Tonsillectomy’s are much more difficult in adults. Rare for an adult to feel better in 2 weeks. I was 5 when I had mine out. My children were primary schoolers when they had theirs out. But am a 40 year retired nurse who had adult post op patients--not easy times for them.
The first guy made ZERO effort to appreciate the grace he was originally shown. He did nothing - not so much as an "I'm sorry" or "my bad" so he got what he had coming. Good luck to you!
Why does men always have to go live with someone else? I don’t see a lot of men that have their own place. They either live with mom or live with a female.
Well, she’s ordered him to have proof of employment within 45 days. I don’t know if that’s possible, considering he apparently doesn’t have any job history, but he’s probably not going to get a job without a haircut. He’d be better off if he was ordered to get some kind of job counseling… If that even exists anymore.
@@Mollypopithelen Love Judge Boyd but I dislike immensely when she chit chats and kee kees while the defendant is no doubt waiting anxiously to see how relieved or devastated they will be at the conclusion of the case. Sure the large majority of them are and in fact do plead guilty, but it's still insensitive IMO, to say nothing of innocent family members who may be in the court room also. Also insensitive to victims that may be present/watching. Much as I love her work, this is a pet peeve of her presiding over the court.
I mostly really like judge byod but on the accident thing sometimes people are just stuck in traffic regardless of how early they leave. I like to leave with buffer time but when i lived in a major city it was not always enough
