Hold up she went in for 3D lashes got 3D lashes, and didnt pay because she didn’t think she was getting what she asked for but she did so she continued to disputed the fact she didn’t pay for the service she asked for and got

Legally the client should not be obligated to pay for 3D lashes. When the client went in 35 minutes late, she was informed that they can't do 3D lashes. That is a decline of the client's offer of consideration (money) for the services of applying 3D lashes. The esthetician brought up 2D lashes. That is am invitation to offer. The client as a result offered consideration (money) for the services of applyimg 2D lashes. They accepted her offer. It is irrelevant that the client initially wanted 3D lashes because the offer was rejected by the esthetician. The client, however, is liable to pay for the services of applying 2D lashes which is a difference of $25.

Chris Thomson yes it is real. Jimmy Kimmel's crew of people go through pending civil lawsuit cases and contact the people from ones they think are funny and would make a good show. They then tell both the plaintiff and the defendant "look, cancel the civil lawsuit, come on our show, and we will pay the plaintiff the amount they are sueing for and all you have to do is drop the case in real court and come on our show and act out a court scene.".... It's not rocket science and this is how every single TV show judge does things. They even explain what is going on, twice, before they even start the case in this clip. You have to be an idiot to not hear it twice in the beginning. Also, Judge Judy, Judge Mathis and all the other day time show judges do the exact same thing. Both parties drop the real lawsuit and they both agree to appear on the show and let the judge (Judy, Mathis, etc) rule on the case and agree to go along with whatever the ruling is.

Chris Thomson they are fake, reenactments by either retired judges or actors. Most of the TV court shows are fake judges, they aren't even real judges. The rulings are not bound by law and there is no actual legal proceedings in these shows. What happens is they find actors to reenact cases, or they find real cases, the person drops the real case in real court with the agreement that they will agree and accept whatever ruling happens on the show. Usually the show agrees to pay the amount being sued for, if the person loses. Most people do it so they can be on TV and also so they don't have to pay the amount they are being sued for, if they lose because the production company will pay the plaintiff. It's all fake dude. Always has been. Always will be.
