If I get summoned for jury duty as I have in the past. I will attend. But I will make sure they know that I cannot render a fair judgment as the justice system does not apply the law equally and further more Justices refuse to carry out their required duty to uphold the law and apply sentencing.

Politics shouldn't come into play. The sentence should be handed down and start immediately like it would for any other person convicted of 34 felonies. Allowing politics to come into play and delay sentencing is what is making the justice system less trusted than it once was.

He had no reason to delay this sentencing. Our justice system can’t bend over backwards so many times in this situation because now we have a bigger problem. Now we have a situation where if he wins, this will be stayed until he leaves office because of the corrupt SCOTUS. This gives him even more reason to try and hold onto power after the 2nd term. I am sad about this decision. Merchan was one of the last people that gave me hope in our judicial system. So, Trump won and the citizens of the country lost once again.
Jurors who have to show up for jury selection, in this case there was a possibility of threat to their lives and their family members. They stood strong and delivered a guilty verdict for a criminal presidential candidate. Merchon just made these jurors inconsequential. He’s a coward who is not doing his duty. He also made this case political. SHAME.

No, justice is for people with no money or power, but with the mental & physical muscle along with the fortitude to just go & take it for themselves.
