Judge was hugely charismatic on Seinfeld and in other roles. He's a wonderful actor. He has terrific presence. For me, he shined brightest in Ruthless People. I loved his character, I loved the movie. It's a mad movie. It's funny. It's clever. It works.

I have always thought so as well. I don't know what Reinhold is like in real life but he comes off as being sweet and gentle. And I hope that is the case. So much so I really disliked his character in Liar Liar. Or more so the way Jim Carrey's character treats him. It makes sense for the story but I felt bad for the guy just trying his best to raise someone else's kid.

You appear once as a guest star and have to shine but NOT take it away from Jerry and he was so good and goofy and memorable and i see in real life he is terribly nice and happy guy. I missed the "i should have done more" ref to Shindler and the victims? I never got that line making sense in the script in that scene, NOW i do!! Genius those guys!!

Forever ago...30+ years ago...I read an article in TV Guide about why Seinfeld was such a successful show. The author made the point that Jerry surrounded himself with top talent. And he didn't prevent them from being funnier than him which apparently is a thing in some of these shows created for a specific comedian. I'd have to say I agree with that. Jerry and Larry David brought in top talent and let them shine as brightly as they could.
