Late this afternoon, Judge Frances Gull laid out her side for the Indiana Supreme Court explaining she should not be removed from the Delphi murders case.
Trump has a history of fraud and bankruptcy. He has even admitted to crimes on television. 91 counts in four different states. You too would think you are a victim if you got away with whatever you want without real consequences. Aside from that, pretty sure Richard Allen is a scapegoat in a cover up.
This really riles me. So a man sitting in a prison cell with no legal training, deteriorating health, yet to be tried for horrible crimes has to figure out this legal maze these two Judges created? Was he even represented by counsel when the first judge threw him in prison? I thought Rossi and Baldwin were appointed by Judge Gull? The two defense attorneys with stellar reputations who have zealously represented him have to somehow navigate this weird legal maze and all of a sudden the Judge ejects them from the maze! But they are still supposed to find a way through! This is ridiculous. And the Supreme Court shouldn't bother to get involved because paperwork the Attorneys were barred from filing by the Judge was not filed AND it all falls back on the defendant lack of following proper procedure? I truly want to know if this can BOUNCE out of the hands of anyone in INDIANA and to the US SUPREME COURT? When did Speedy Trial become OPT IN? Why would the AG actually tell the Supreme Court that the Judge's conduct demonstrated efficency? And they actually tell the Court that extending the trial by a year or more is judicial economy and the people of Indiana who have witnessed and followed this case are supposed to trust the process? This case scares me for so many reasons. It doesn't feel like the case is in the US. It feels like rules and laws are not in line with our Constitution or the State Trial Court Procedures. There is an unfairness and lack of balance that continues!
I firmly believe Baldwin was set up with the theft of the photos. "The Murder Sheet" a true crime podcast allegedly PAID for the photos. Unsubscribe from unscrupulous creators.
Recuse yourself honey! You are so unprofessional and we want this to be a clean trial! From what the defense team has filed to date, it sounds like the police have messed this up and most likely lied to even get that search warrant! This circus needs to end, and at a minimum let him out on a small bond!
Of course she's shown bias, she chose two new defense attorneys which one happens to be friends with the judge on Facebook, thus becoming a conflict of interest.
And yet the AG never mentions it! It is as Paul Harvey would say 'the rest of the story". Ever since RA's arrest,, the judges have made this case a legal abomination. I am truly wondering about Judge Gull's full Judicial resume now. Her bias was clear from the moment she arrived. How do we the people know ? She allowed a man yet to be tried to be housed and linger in a prison. wouldn't that bother any Judge who cares about rights of the accused? Fast forward to the CHAMBER talk - she made clear she was not interested in RA even being present, she was uncomfortable with him being present, AND she claimed to know the minds and position of the Sheriff without even bothering to ask. In this specific case, she has a clear record of ignoring the rights of the accused, drawing conclusions without gathering the raw data/facts, and I wonder if her conduct is a pattern? Could it really be a one off?
@@NoFear69262 but does it not strike you as bias, that the judge kicked out the two lawyers that were assigned to RA from the beginning, and appointed two lawyers from her district that she happens to be friends with on FB? That's a big red flag and a conflict of interest. Unless your prolific community job dealt with people's lives on the line, I don't think you can compare yourself to this situation
Having the defense attorneys she just appointed as Facebook friends is in no way a conflict of interest and does not show to be bias, if this was 1940s Germany.
Look at hoh Richard Allen is looking at Tobe with fear in his eyes. I have always said that Tobe is always at the hearings somewhere in front of Richard Allen I believe that Tobe is is trying 2 intimidate Richard Allen for sure
The only thing I think she was correct in saying was that their actions- predominantly regarding the Franks motion, was that it compromised his defense because of how much they detailed, thus providing the state with a copy of their intended defense at trial, that could be used for the state to combat. That being said, I believe the judge just didn’t like them, so she found any way she could to remove them. I do hope the Supreme Court rules in their favor though, especially being that Allen has the right to choose counsel. I think she’s going to end up getting pulled off or there will be a mistrial or easy appeal bc of her actions, despite her doing everything to prevent him from being able to appeal. It’s a mess.. and injustice to an accused’s basic rights.
The defense was negligent and shouldn't be aloud back on the case and they were just court appointed attorneys not hired attorney's there is a difference!
