Judge Jennifer Dorow and Waukesha parade massacre suspect Darrell Brooks got into a heated argument over Brook's covid protocol on Wednesday. Brooks told the judge he took a test earlier this morning after telling jail employees that he was feeling "fatigued and had a loss of taste."

Why not just let him go and focus on people who are respectful in court? People like Brooks should just be sent home, especially if they're claiming to be sovereign citizens. It has been said that even though there were no cameras, when she asked him for the results of his test, he refused to give them, even though he had the results sheet right in front of him. She then cleared the courtroom and instructed the Sheriff's Department to get the results from the table and bring them to her. I read that when they tried to get the results, he laid his body over the results, and the deputies had to physically remove him from the table to get the results, which were negative.

He refused to give Judge Dorow the results when handed to him in court. He claimed he was roughed up by the guards. The results were read in court by Judge Dorow. There's video of him crying like a baby in the other court room. The video here jail administration testimony, he actually refused rapid test before the hearing here.

He is pulling stuff out the rear end to keep the trial running as long as possible. HIPPA violations are very well spelled out to the lay person especially through a nurse or doctor. The release for the test is something he is control of but he is being obstinate. This guy can't even get through a single sentence without interrupting someone else. The only thing he hasn't done yet is cuss, considering how many other things he was willing to contest when it comes to court decorum or proceedure.

I believe that's why he wanted to represent himself, so he could do things like this, and yell at the judge, and I'm sure he'll continue doing weirdo stuff like he's been doing, hoping to have a mistrial. This dude is a real POS. He' probably used to being around people he can manipulate, and he thinks he's going to be able to do it in this case, but he's not as smart as he thinks he is, he's just a narcissist.

There is no capital punishment in Wisconsin so no death penalty. He will probably get 6 life sentences plus whatever years for his other charges. Life sentence is usually 30 yrs so he will die in prison but not from them killing him.

I also I admire her! For her professionalism 🏆 and for what comes across as a profoundly anchored determination to treat everyone with a certain level of respect, merely because they are humans. I want to say she is one of these people who elevates others, just by being. Her exercise of her judgemanship surely makes of this case something more: a sound illustration of the contrasting choices we have as to how to approach people, and life in general.

It's a pretty good lesson in the rules of decorum and exactly what and how you're allowed to argue with a judge, and what the judge just has the power to decide, have stand, and it becomes grounds for appeal, but as for the current trial, tough cookies. This dude seems to be having trouble working all that out, but that's why a man who acts as his own attorney has a fool for a client.

Many criminals are worried about the safety of others, I had a friend who used to rob banks back in the 80s (he eventually got caught served his time) with a gun but he never put bullets in the gun because he told me he didn't want it to accidentally go off during the robbery and he didn't want to even have the urge to return fire at police if it came to that. He was a criminal who was legitimately concerned about the safety of others.

That would only slow the trial down even more at this point. This guy obviously doesn’t see county jail as a bad place to be. And it’s not. Nothing bad happens to anyone in county jail. It’s just a holding cell until the system figures out what to do with you.
