Hello I have been listening to your podcasts since 2020. I’m so grateful that I found you. Exactly what I have always been incline to do. Better myself spiritually. Our Kabbalah 1 course covers the same foundational material, though it may be taught slightly differently based on the teacher. Rav Berg recommended that students take Kabbalah 1 at least annually, since as we transform and the veils are lifted from our eyes, we see things differently and can receive the wisdom of the course more deeply. Kabbalah 1 is certainly the most powerful course we offer, and can unlock new understandings each time we take it. Blessings & Light to you!

This is very triggering as someone with ADHD. I’ve studied at the centre for 18 years and I almost always feel like it’s an indictment against the way Hashem made me. I’ve spent my entire life trying to change/overcome ADHD and failed endlessly. Can anyone explain familiarity with this condition offer a new perspective?

The four categories of cleansing during the month of Virgo and especially on the holiday of Rosh Hashanah are... Idol worship: giving power in our lives to something or someone other than the Light Adultery: desiring or taking something that belongs to someone else Bloodshed: any intention causing harm, pain or embarassment to someone Evil Speech: damage done in any form of gossip or slander
