I don't think it's nostalgia I feel. I think I feel the darkness. Being in Kira's shoes is melancholy mixed with extreme chaos. Like walking through hot coals with your bare feet unphased.
@@A_Good_Boy. it was fun to be with him as he went through it, but at the same time you're looking through the eyes of a sociopathic mass murderer with twisted, ideological views and a (literal) God complex. He kills innocents, is often in bat shit insane situations where he has to dig himself out, it's chaotic. For us the audience it can be both fun and melancholic, just depends on how you wanna look at it

All the millions of times our Law & police & courts give death punishment to rapists and life sentences to corrupt people, we don't call them wrong or evil. Kira did the right thing. If you are innocent then you need not fear anything.

Someone really needs to continue this series. It was legendary. I've got an idea. There's no such rule in the Death Note as "If the owner of a Death Note is killed by a Shinigami then they become a Shinigami themselves." So it might be true, Light could come back as a Shinigami, become 'the God of the New World' and get the world rid of criminals just as he did before, and then 'fix' the Shinigami world as well. He can even become the Shinigami King with his IQ. I just hope someone continues the series with this storyline. Just imagine. Kira, the God of two different realms- Human and Shinigami.
This actually happened in the movie called Death Note Relight 1 in which Light appears as a Shinigami and speaks to Ryuk but unfortunately it doesn't continue at that point :/
I had a dream that Light turned into a Shinigami and started acting like a god of the new world again and Near had to sacrifice himself to get him to kill to protect someone. Thus killing him again. I don't remember the dream or the specifics. But I remember being told how stupid it was.
I feel like Lights theme slowed like this really shows Light's descent to hell. Whatever good and was pure of him being corrupted and dragged down to hell. (that said I think Kira is the true light and Light is just the sociopathic facade he shows others)
Had a dream of being Light one night, followed the original plot up until L threw the handcuffs on us, once I had the opportunity with that piece of the death note in my watch I wrote L's name down instead and just looked at L with a big smile. it ended with the helicopter crashing and both of us dying. The point is though he died first. Was a very disturbing dream, I felt a lot of pressure and tension and I don't think I could have kept up the whole facade light did, so I ended it on my own terms. Not my favorite dream I'm not gonna lie
