When you work with Filo pastry try putting a damp cloth on top, it will stop it drying out whilst you're trying to work with it. Its just annoying that each time you want a sheet you need to take the cloth off but its so much better!
I can't imagine the rice paper one being like mochi, they're made from different rice and I believe the starches bind differently, so they have different textures. Maybe if the rice paper gets cold enough it can mimic mochi dough, but I still have trouble imagining that.

Mouth is watering. The chocolate pocket and sandwich are a good idea for no waste. And sunny side up eggs are fried on one side only, you should so try this same toast recipe and do that!
Hello from Kentucky, US! I’m going to try the puff pastry one, because I have half a box of puff pastry leftover from when I made spanakopita last week! I may add something to it, like chocolate chips, not sure, or maybe lemon zest. Or sliced almonds would be good too.
5:29 first 5/10 sec in the microwave then gently role this with palm on the counter or between hands. Then do this with the toothpick in the lemon, or just cut and squeeze
The first recipes problem I think is the fact that you used not enough butter. 1 part butter with 1 part veg oil would have done the job. This very much is like Turkish desserts
