Judgment reserved in the ANC’s appeal against the MK party 

Judgment has been reserved in the ANC’s appeal against the uMkhonto we
Sizwe party over trademark infringement.
Luthuli House is seeking to overturn the dismissal of its earlier bid to stop the use of the name and logo of the MK party, claiming that both belong to the heritage of the liberation movement.
Legal arguments were made by both sides in the Durban High Court today.
