In April 2018, the International Judo Federation organized a Judo Educational Journey through Iran, together with Gevrise Emane (FRA), who promoted judo for women and who is triple World Champion and Olympic medallist and Miklos Ungvari (HUN), triple world medallist and Olympic silver medallist.
