It's down to the individual tbh, but no one is going to out throw a judoka unless it's Sambo which takes their throws from Judo as the founders were judoka. EVERY ART has its merits.

Georgians have used theoer traidional judo/wrestling styles in hand to hand wars and they so far have survived all the superpowers they foight troighout the thousands of years so i guess throws are pretty effective

I can tell you right now, @ 2:15 the second fight with the guy in street clothes, going against Aikido black belts... is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu blue belt. And those Aikido black belts have absolutely no defense against him. For those who do not know this, blue belt is the first promotion from white belt in bjj. Typically you're a white belt for the first 3 years. And that means training 4 - 6 hours a week, every week! The next belt would be purple, brown and then black. That black belt is usually available after 10 years of training. When I was 48 years old, I was still a white belt. With three years training experience. And anybody who wanted to test their fighting system against Brazilian Jiu Jitsu? Did not do well. My Challengers were Korean-based and Japanese-based martial art systems. They were bigger younger and high-ranked. They were promoted black belt in 3 years time. So my 3-year white belt, kicked their three-year black belt ass! And they about shit themselves after I told them I was (almost 50 years old) bjj white belt. By the way, I love Judo. I think it compliments BJJ better than any other grappling system. However if you're willing to add Catch Wrestling and (Roman Greco based) Freestyle Wrestling then mix it with BJJ and Judo? You're unstoppable on the ground. Add boxing and Muay Thai to become a complete package. Call it MMA!!!

Judo,,,Boxing & Muay-Thai have saved my ass multiple times. How you train is how you perform when shit hits the fan ! Kuntao Silat also works well.
