Brine - pitcher of water 2 cups of rock salt (or tansyahin nyo lang po or make it 1 cup or depende kasi baka sobrang alat pag 2 cups ......) Rosemary 2 tbsp. Sugar Paminta buo Just dissolve the sugar and salt patayin yung apoy Let it cold down Ilalagay chicken and ice or cold water marinate over night or at least 6-8 hours (pat dry) --- Chicken breading mix 2 1/2 cup cornstarch 1 tbsp White pepper 1 tbsp. Garlic powder 1 tbsp.Onion powder 1 tbsp. Paprika Salt -- Mushroom Gravy Butter Onions Garlic Fresh Mushroom 1 tbsp. My children absolutely loved this fried chicken. Para siyang Max's fried chicken but better. Very juicy, malambot at malasa. I followed the recipe up to the T except for the salt kc wala akong rock salt so I used table salt instead - half cup only. Thank you JAK for sharing!
Just tried this yesterday. Yung Brine solution it really makes my chicken tastes delicious, no need for instant breading kasi masarap yung gawa ni miss judyAnne... I'm pregnant right now so bali tinanggal ko nga lang yung gravy ni miss juday and sa breading is yung garlic at paprika.. lahat Chicken, salt, pepper, oregano powder (not rosemary not available), cornstarch, mantika. Then sinunod ko lang yung procedure... SARAP hindi sya maalat... I would like to practice this so my future baby will like it. My husband likes it too... Thank you Miss Judy Ann. 🙂

I did tried your fried chicken and of course your mushroom gravy, and it came out so perfectly delicious! Not to forget that I brine it overnight! I never expected my picky daughter would loved it, especially that I added garlic on the gravy sauce, that created a strong wonderful flavour! It was so crispy too! I have checked other brining recipe konti lang tlga dapat. its either maalat lang tlga panlasa mo or your not telling the truth just to attract attention. please kawawa naman mga tao na mag sasayang lang ng manok..

I have a good tip for you regarding used cooking oil, just look or find unused glass (regular glass) put rock salt about 2 to 3 tablespoon this is the base put a wick just as tall as your glass cut it and then pour your used cooking oil and don't spill the oil and you're done. You have your oil lamp.

Hi, Judy Ann. If I may add, there's one technique to ensure that the inside of the chicken will also be cooked is to pop the thigh bone before breading. I used to work at a fast food chain and that is one food safety procedure we follow when breading chicken para we can avoid serving partially uncooked chicken, especially yung may mga bloody portions pa. I'm a big fan. Bata ka pa sinusundan na kita. :)
dito sa middle east, usually brine din yung method pag nag fried chicken. broasted ang tawag nila. technical term, osmosis ang process , wherein nagtratravel yung molecules sa mas higher concentration, kaya nagiging moist yung manok after ibrine.

nagawa aq nyan over night ko babad ang manok lagyan ng salt pepper powder garlic and onion, then mix sa harina ulit pepper onion garlic powder salt.. double sarap...
