Back in the day People would make fun of Juday kasi jologs daw, d marunong mag English. Look at her now. Very articulate and everything she’s saying makes sense. I love her. I think she’s very genuine, smart and loving person.

Nakakaiyak naman:( I am also an adopted child and nakakataba sa puso nung sinabi ni Miss Judy na someone wanted to have you in their lives. Salamat Miss Judy. Nakaka touch and naiyak ako sobra kasi kakamatay lang nung foster mom ko and eventually when she died her family demolished our house and they build their own without including me. Now I am living alone and cherishing my mom’s memories ♥️🥺

I’m not adopted but I really like this interview. I hope this reaches to those who are adopted. Growing up, I noticed that here in the Philippines people make chismis as if being adopted is a crime, a dirty secret. I hope those who are adopted ( especially the ones who hate being called one) will come to a point and embrace that fact gracefully instead of feeling that it is something to be ashamed of ; and when someone will use it against them they can proudly say that “yes , I am adopted because someone wanted me in their lives “. As Juday said she eventually realized that “adopted is a beautiful word”.

Bully: You are JUST adopted! You are not really part of the family! Adopted Child: My parents CHOSE me and they purposely picked me as their child while your parents did not, they are stuck with you. #TRUTH

I think it's this programming we had growing up. "Ampon ka lang" had such a big impact whenever they use it in shows and it has become a stigma. When in fact, it is a gift. Judy Ann has so much wisdom to share and that's because of Yohan. THANK YOU

From A Mom who adopted a Child she told me” People would always say my daughter was the Lucky One ,but they didnt know i was the Lucky One as her Mother because she changed everything in my life. I had direction and purpose and my daughter loved me unconditionally. When i first saw her photo that was Love at first sight and when i held her in my arms i know from that moment that my life changed forever.”

Juday gained so much wisdom as a mother.

Adoptive moms are the greatest. Imagine getting a child totally not theirs and loved them as much as their own. So I hope, adopted children wouldn't feel bad. You matter. You maybe didn't come out from your adoptive mom's stomach but you came from their hearts. Always remember that.

I can't stop crying. I cannot relate at first coz I was raised by my own parents but this side of life I kind of understood now because of Juday. Thanks for the shared wisdom.

Being an adopted child myself, I grew up hearing the words "adopted" and "ampon" coming from my relatives and neighbors. I never think of those words as hurtful, although people are loosely using such words around me when I was growing up. Hindi ko na din hinanap ang biological mom ko kasi lumaki ako na minahal ng higit pa sa tunay ng aking adoptive parents and for that I'm eternally grateful for them.

Our eldest is adopted. Before my mom adopted my sister, she was supposed to adopt my sisters biological elder sister. My Mom was still single at that time and just like Juday she decided to adopt a kid because it was what she had always wanted but unfortunately that baby died and my Mom ended up adopting my sister. My sisters family at the time were really poor so my mom and dad helped them and now because my Mom adopted our sister she is now a successful Doctor and gets to help her real family. My mom and dad is really2 proud of her and never her entire life we treated her as if she was adopted. She was always bein favored specially by my Dad,

i am adopted too..pero sobrang swerte ni Yohan, mukang napakabait na mommy ni Judy Ann, nabigyan pa ng magandang buhay..eh ako may kaya man naka ampon sakin bugbog sarado naman ako lagi, hindi anak ang trato sakin..nung nakilala ko naman tunay na magulang ko, wala ring kwenta napaka iresponsable..kaya ang swerte mo Yohan, may family ka na love na love ka..one day gusto ko ring mag adopt pero aalagaan at ituturing kong anak talaga..💖

I also hated whenever I got introduced or talked as the “adopted” child. It’s not because we don’t feel lucky or blessed that we are the chosen one. I just don’t want to feel different. Laging stressed yang “adopted” when you can just say my daughter. Here abroad I noticed they don’t mention “adopted” every time they introduce or talk about the person. I swear the difference of just saying your daughter than adopted daughter actually means a lot. It feels weird, you will never understand unless it’s actually you.
