I really like SC from the low country to the up country even though I haven’t been to Myrtle Beach. The trees are beautiful, and you have terrain that includes swamps to mountains.

Our absolute favorite place and a MUST when in Myrtle Beach is Dead Dog Saloon at Murrells Inlet. You have to get the HUSH PUPPIES, they are great. We also have to get the buffalo chicken wrap. Highly recommend the turkey Avocado wrap but we get the jalapeño wrap instead of the regular wrap! Please go when you go back. It’s nice yo go around 2 in order to beat the crowd and sit outside

Hey, just got around to seeing this one. Glad you enjoyed the food. Bunny B said to tell you that the croutons are out of this world. Of course, I love about 99% of what's on the bar. Lol. Hope you can make it back there soon.

I've heard mixed reviews about Judy Boones. All in personal preference. Another place to try is Southern Chicken in Surfside. They have buffet and you can order from the menu. They have a breakfast buffet on Thursday, Friday and Saturday morning. They are closed on Sundays.

When we ate there, none of us cared for it. The majority of the food was bland and seasonless. Maybe it was just an off night...idk. We haven't been back since.

@SMFamisbeachin just an FYI...we gave Judy Boone's another try when we were there a couple of weeks ago and we all enjoyed it this time. Must have just been a really off night the first time, idk.
