Author Judy Corbett has had a dramatic adventure, she and her husband bought a crumbling shell of a castle and invested all they had into transforming it back it's former glory.
I love castles, I always feel that I belong in them, and want to go to them, I love your 🏰 castle, they need to be looked after, and cherish, well done 😊
My family nearly bought Gwydir when I was a child. I'd almost forgotten about it until it popped up in another documentary about the Stuart Kings. I'm glad to see it in the hands of someone who loves it!
So excited to come across this video. I am related to the Wynn family through my late paternal grandmother's side, the Graham's. We were stationed many years ago & visited Wales but didn't know about the connection or the castle at that time. I have the book & really enjoyed reading about it.
My mother was a Corbett, but I don’t think those Corbetts were Welsh. Scott-Irish was the trail we uncovered. I was in an ancestral home in Germany, and immediately had that eerie feeling of connection. It must be in the DNA.🤭🤫
