It was 1968. I was playing piano at The Top Of The Town in New York City...when Judy wandered in and got up and sang with me for two hours! 🎹 Unforgettable!
haydenstenlund5818, I'm 69, but when I was only 5, I saw Judy for the first time. The CBS television network began showing "The Wizard of Oz" every year. I've been in love with her ever since. There is NO ONE ELSE like Judy.💘
"oh darn it, oh well keep it in" that's what makes a star, seriously one woman did this during a REHEARSAL, and when she stumbled she didn't get close to falling. All while delivering one of the greatest live vocal performances
That was an all-night taping. By the time she wrapped it up just before 6 in the morning, only her loyal fans were in the audience. They stayed until the very end.
I'm 13 and I think this is great, just great, I love Judy ,I'm 13 and I've been a fan of Judy for years, and in my opinion Judy is the greatest singer, actor, dancer actor and lip syncer, in history!.The whole package!
Pocatello, Idaho, I heard that in a tiny cinema in Paris, France when I was 17. This "Star is born" is my favorite film since. I am French, visiting usa, Yellowstone National Park, 63 years old, and I drove to Pocatello just for the fun of saying : "I've been there eventually !". Love this voice. There is not a Princess theater here, I checked 😅
Barbara you were amazing in a star is born and lady Gaga I like your music you done Julie Andrews proud ... but neither of you can hold a candle to Judy ... I love you both but Garland owns the movie. No need to convince either one of you because you both already know Judy done this better than Janet Gaynor, Barbara or Gaga . She was the best without question Prove me wrong
The Greatest live entertainer ever. Check out her Live at Carnegie Hall album Hayden. It should be mandatory for every singer to listen to this incredible album.
