Juelz Santana addresses Cam'ron and Mase claims that he could've been the next Jay-Z. He also addresses the narrative he didn't reach his full potential because he was lazy.
What doesn't little Dwane know? He's predicted the stockmarket and just like all celebrities, he knows everything and he's not worshipped enough. He's worth more than all the doctors and nurses combined.
He reached his potential,he made ever lasting hits,he made millions, spent millions, has a few millions, his family is Good,he touched what God wanted him to! Congratulations on al the success Juelz!
Like I said he been smoking that zombie pack I cannot feel my face thinking he's Scarface he moving like a zombie that's why he's not putting out albums like that that's why his Tiki coming out of his mouth you're not fooling me that's why his bandana dropped on verses that was his the end of his career he lies to the fans and says the album is going to come out
@@djtimspaceking8306in his defense his new music got hella criticism probably discouraged him. At the end of the day he was a superstar. My personal opinion is he couldn’t keep up once music changed.
@@dnic333He stay steady talkn/actn as if, we still in the early 2000's. Wen he was hot back then, he decided to get fukkd up & lazy. Then wen he finally decided to put sum shit out, he hadn't evolved & was still rhyming the same way w/the same content.
Juelz Santana was the main standout in Dipset. He was what Lloyd Banks was to G Unit. Raw lyricism. Juelz had a hot streak with the mixtape game. With hits like “Santana’s Town”, “Make It Work With You”, “S.A.N.T.A.N.A” along with killing features, Juelz was on the verge on dominating the game. Juelz and Weezy’s I Can’t Feel My Face mixtape was one of the biggest soughted out projects in the 2000’s!!! The chemistry between Juelz and Weezy flowed so effortlessly🔥🔥🔥🔥With tracks like “Rewind” and “Hot Shit” this proves both could keep each other with bars.
@@stryfetc1471 yea but he was like 1 of 10 it seemed like lol. I just think everyone wanted him and Wayne but he got caught up in the rockstar/skull movement that was trending. After that trend left, it seem like he left too
Your son's going to grow up and watch these later stage interviews and see the man you named him after. He gonna have to ask himself a serious question. Who's the bigger cornball jewels or my dad. Poor little man his dad was a straight groupie
I was anticipating this man cleaning himself up, the gym, new wardrobe change ( age appropriate) no drugs, spitting some real game to the youth....He gave it all up, still running around talking about getting drunk n high! Never did reinvent himself....That's the laziness that a real BOSS CAN SEE! The ones that don't wanna see you elevate, will encourage degenerate behavior! 💯💯 When he made that ROLLS ROYCE comment, that shhh reminded me of David RUFFIN FROM the TEMPTATIONS....DAMN, I HOPE I hope he can reinvent himself!
I never heard any rumors of him being lazy. What I did hear was that when he started hanging out with the down south kats, He got on that lean and became addicted to it and he was never the same as a lyricist.I wish he had spoke more on that.
@@pasonjayne4635 I saw that episode, he wasn’t referring to Juelz being lazy but keeping his concentration. He wanted to go out and party, clubbing, under Cam, Juelz stayed consistent but when he wasn’t a teen no more he had to make his own decisions.
@@doncartier-81 JR be getting the step-cousin treatment...like how can u front on him??? im not saying YOU fronted on him but i feel like the world did...they just forget JR! lol Cam my fav Diplomat but I got mad love for Jim even tho he got his ways, got to applaud him for stepping his game all da UP....he always had style
Yep and the amount of drugs he started doing held him back, he took for granted that he’d always he a hot rapper making a lot of money. The drugs cost him his teeth too, so he doesn’t even sound like he did when he started out. Too many young people get into music, movies/tv, etc and end up going hard with the drugs after becoming successful and it ruins their career and potential.
Juelz isn’t lying. I remember watching the dvd’s and he had this red & black studio with like 10 big ass (pause) CD burners. He was ahead of his time, I truly believe he could still win, It’s a market for older rappers!
How could it be a diss? They said he had the potential to be the biggest in the city. Jimmy just wanted to say something. Juelz took it like he was supposed to.
Juelz always spoke with maturity.Cam the big brother. All Cam want is his lil brother to tighten up,and Julez did that!!No matter what Juelz always gonna be a legend in this game.Since the age of 18.Santana 41,42 now
@@BrownsvilleBaby_Estboth them dudes 40 and 45.. ain’t no big brothers at that age. Juelz is lazy. Cam been saying that nicely until recently he been putting in raw form. Juelz never grew.
What's Juelz biggest year. Bcuz im from New York and I really don't know what time period you're talking about. He never was in high demand like you're saying. And I'll go deeper it's the young niqqas meaning high school and down that kept dip set relevant. My high school era is 02-06 . Niqqas in there 20s and older in nyc looked at dipset as clowns. They were appealing to niqqas my age. So to say Juelz was the man in New York is a lie. If you're from New York u should be able to attest to what I'm saying
So much respect for Juelz! This man has been giving us consistent classics after classics since we all started seeing him. The brother has set mad trends that people don't talk about. He one of the real ones! Plus his music never gets outdated and he kills it no matter what artist he works with or track he raps on...💪🏾
He gotta do some shit like Juvenile & drop new up to date videos for the old bangers & I bet he in the mix asap .. he got some timeless tracks that I still play
It's funny how all of the negative comments get the most likes 🤔 I wonder if that is even real and then they push them to the top so they are the post u see first 🤔😠
Juelz will always be a legend. He hit a lot of bumps along the way and the substance abuse changed him permanently, but he seems to be in good spirits and is an overall better person nowadays.
How you can say that he can't feel his face he be smoking that weed baby looking like a zombie and he keeps telling people that his album is coming out he lie he need detox like Dr Dre it will not see the light of day
Bro. I saw this man at a truck stop public restroom and he was HIGH out of his mind. I asked “Juelz you aight?” He said “yeah” with glassy eyes and all
@@marathoncontinues3980 don’t nobody care about who you was playing in that bucket! Santana was in top tier of rappers from 03-07 I ain’t gonna say it again nigga
His drug abuse is the reason, not Skull Gang, not the Labels, not anyone but his drug use, you can do whatever as long as you balance it out and he couldn't balance it,he had the talent and the money and no one to tell him NO
@@kingv562 Weezy drug use didnt stop him, but it DID hender his career....why u think Birdman was able to swindle 50ms from him!? if he wasn't consistently high, he would have never let that happen. and his team around him know if he dont get in that booth and spit flames hotter than Dylan, the camp gon suffer. so he in himself, is a business...he can NEVER stop. Just off that reason alone.
You can say it was drug use but regardless he still took accountability and said he blames his self. Also the rap game was different when juelz was at his peak.
He said a whole lot of nothing, "I'm not blaming nobody" only to turn around and say "I didn't have the right team around me" and then to keep saying "Knowha'imsayin!?" I was like "NO, actually I dont know what you're saying👀🤷🏾♂️"
@@JSINATRA5580that heatmakers sound was overrated asf . That ain’t even “ dipset sound “ agallah beats was way better foh that high pitch overrated shit
Juelz definitely need his flowers...he did have a wave 2003-2009...he a rapper that was rich off touring alone...he got comfortable and a bad deal will have you feeling a way towards the industry... Looking forward to hearing new music!
Juel Santana is a perfect example of many how the industry stops and controls talent if you don't do what executive say .. that man was never lazy he birth lil Wayne's flow in my personal opinion and he's still alive and creating , God bless em !
I’m not gonna lie this interview was a much needed interview because guess what to this day a lot of rappers are still taking style and flavor from this man. He had teeth telling us all of the things he invented, and he’s not lying the jeans exact the chain belts, the rockstar whole style he bring that into wrap community. He is an innovator, and he don’t get his proper do.
