Reading several fams pointing to how amazing and natural JWRLD's music sounds with acoustic guitar... Realizing much of his music is guitar driven, piano, and bass, and going off of my first time listening to Blood On My Jeans, Reminds Me of Summer, and all of the so many guitar tracks, finger picked, like singer/songwriters of Dylan, Young, and most reminiscent of 90's grunge, anti-hero rock star, party hard like Bradley Nowell of Sublime, one would almost think, the energy expressed through Bradley could be the same which came through Jared. I explain to the few friends who made it this far, of which so very few fellow, "rock star junkie, party hard, all arounder, parry animal, who were down for drug addiction being a lifestyle itself, drug of choice: whichever one that's in front of me!! Back to point, explaining to the few friends of the same or similar age, as to just how much Juice's vibe, energy, and most certainly lyrics, and music, much like Sublime, being highly influenced by many different genres. Heavy bass lines like AIC, lyrics to match.. Funny thing, when I was instantly hooked on Sublimes music, I told friends back in the 90's, "It's the first music that reminds me of the energy of the Beatles, even though "sounding" nothing alike based on genre and style, but certainly the energy... 19-20 years later I would be telling them how much JuiceWRLD's music and energy reminds me of Bradley Nowell and Sublime... Jared jast happened to have a super strong and observable connection to John Lennon.. One couldn't have been closer to a prophet, than Bradley himself, "Aint No Prophet", "Pool Shark", "What Happened?", "STP", "April 26..", "Saw Red", "Badfish"... Anyhow, One of my favorite things, is when someone's music and their ability allows their songs to sound just completely new when stripped down, acoustic, unplugged... Which, Juice would have MOST DEFINITELY HAD TO HAVE DONE... IT DOESNT GET MORE ROCK N' ROLL THAN DOING AN UNPLUGGED, ACOUSTIC SET IF YOUR ROCK N ROLL SONGS.. And Juice would have simply knocked that out tha park, setting a new standard of musicianship, artistry, ability, and performance.. No doubt in my mind... Continuing a legacy of legends..
