Beef Tikka Recipe:
Ingredients:
-Beef boneless 500grms
-Onion 1 small sliced
-Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
-Salt 1tsp
-Water 1 cup
Pressure cook for 10-12 minutes
-Yoghurt 2-3tbsp
-Kashmiri Red chili powder 1tsp
-Red chili powder 1/2tsp
-Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
-Cumin powder 1/2tsp
-Coriander powder 1tsp
-Red chili flakes 1/2tsp
-Garam masala 1/4tsp
-Gram flour (Besan) 1tbsp
-Lemon juice 1tsp
Mix well until the masala is fully coated.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat & add skewers.
Cook for 2-3 minutes each side until the meat turns brown.
Serve the juicy Beef Tikka with Yoghurt Mint Chutney.
