Bills fan here, diggs did fumble it but they hurried up to the line to snap the ball to get the next play going before a challenge flag was thrown. Once the next play starts without a whistle blown they cant go back to that previous play.
naw bruddah. you cant blow a whistle for a defense not being able to stop momentum. that's on the defense and their manhood, no one else. dallas got absolutely worked over and bullied top to bottom. it's a beautiful part of football
Brother what you said about forward progress makes zero sense. They blow the whistle when it starts going backwards because forward progress was stopped. They could let it go for the defense to push them as long as they want. No matter what, the balls coming back forward to where the ball reached before the push back started. If the ball carrier is pushing forward, hasn't fallen down or been tackled, why blow the whistle???
It wasn’t a fumble with Diggs. He was down by contact and after he threw the ball. After every catch he makes he literally throws the ball To the ground
Um...the idea behind "forward progress is stopped" is...um...stop the progress. If the defenders actually made a tackle, wouldn't be an issue. Sounds like a defensive problem to me.
The highlight video does not allow you to hear that the ball was blown dead on the Diggs catch, so the play was over and the ball cannot change hands afterward. A challenge would only have been a wasted time out. Buffalo ripped a fast play to insure there was no second guessing.
Why stop every forward progress, just because the defense has them held up a little, if everyone is standing, and pushing, I think it should go on until someone goes down
Okay well, I disagree with a lot of this, but I'll agree with the Forward Progress rule. Also Juju: says the 1st rushing touchdown was stopped. That would completely negate the "2 Yard Rule*. In this case, he wasn't stopped because the line of scrimmage was inside the 2-yard line! I'm glad you didn't criticize the one James Cook drop...I mean, they are up 21. Someone else I watched bashed the shit out of him for one single mistake. I was like, "Really?" And helmet-to-helmet should always be a flag.
I agree on the pile being allowed to push 2 yards or so, but the refs been letting it go for a few weeks. It didn’t JUST start with this game. Where you been?
The fumble was a fumble, recovered by Diggs, whistle goes and then the ball comes out. Even if it was reviewed they would have said yeah he fumbled it but then recovered it and the whistle went so Bills ball.
Out of cooked 25 rushes only one of them was contact made before or at the line of scrimmage 24 out of the 25. Nobody even touched him till after he was past the line of scrimmage. Now that tells you something about how the bills are well was working good for them. They haven't had any changes in the OL for the whole season. It's the only group that doesn't have or hasn't had any injuries. Fingers crossed
Dude. What? If a player is still gaining yards they will never blow it dead. Yes if the defenystops forward progress its dead. How it has been forever. Basic football. It's called tackling and stopping the runner. Defense can use as many to stop and offense can use as many to push. You don't even make any sense, your argument is ridiculous.
Sorry man but there is no way you didn’t know about that fumble before you recorded this. You could literally “spot” the ball like that on 10 other plays in this video alone where it’s actually just a shadow or the players arm or another players body and you didn’t even slow down or rewatch a single one to see if it was or not. That play live looked like there was no chance he fumbled. He completely rolled onto his back before we actually see the ball and he dove down on his stomache. As it’s been pointed out to you (and I’m assuming you already knew) the Bills rushed to the line and got the play off quick. I love reaction videos but please don’t pretend to be seeing it for the first time when you clearly are not. For me personally, I don’t care if you already know what happens, I would still watch for the commentary but doing this is saying you think every viewer you have is an idiot.
Im a bills fan. The dude clearly hit daks head with his forearm. Wow bro, you've never played this game huh. Trying to say forward progress shouldnt be a thing lmao, so what players cant break tackles anymore? If a runner is still moving foward thats becasue the offense is doing their job and the defense is not. Clueless fan here folks.
The ball was definitely out on the Diggs play. Dallas wasn't on their game, didn't react to it fast enough and challenge it. Bills knew it, they hurried back to the line and snapped the ball for the next play before any review could happen. And I'm saying this as a Bills fan who is absolutely fucking tickled that we beat the Cowboys. We had to beat them, but I expected it to be a closer game, I was hoping we'd get a one score win or something, even if it was a FG. I knew Dallas played bad on the road ever since that loss to the Cardinals early in the season but god damn I wasn't expecting this at all. They looked like straight trash. They won the time of possession battle by 10 minutes lmao. Dallas knew they were running the ball and still couldn't do anything to stop it effectively. Buffalo would come out in goal line sets from time to time and Dallas wouldn't match personnel effectively, guys were getting pancaked or shoved 15 yards down the field, it was hilarious. I haven't seen a team get that bullied physically in a long time. It just seems like Dallas really struggles when they have to deal with crowd noise. They can't go through their normal pre-snap routines, need to go silent count, it's like it totally takes them out of their rhythm and they can't function without the whole "Here We Gooooo" cadence that Dak does. What other excuse is there for why they're an under .500 team on the road? It's a totally different football team on the road. They played decent against Philly at the Linc and could've won that game but this game, the game against the 49ers, the loss to Arizona... true super bowl contenders don't play this bad on the road, and certainly don't get blown out in December games. I don't think any super bowl winning team in the history of the NFL has ever been blown out in a game this late in the season.
I ain't thanking nobody 😅 you keep saying we like you helped form this man ,no his coaches did, our coaches did ,your reviews are way to long winded, some of the things your saying make zero sense, expessaly that hit on dak ,that's helmet to helmet all day everyday, that is football, 27 minute review a whole lot of talking and nothing actually being said ,stopping every other play just to speak nonsense had me jump off this trash review 😅on to the next let's go buffalo
