I've been enjoying Jujutsu Kaisen quite a bit so far. It reminds me a little bit of YuYu Hakusho. The soundtrack the past few episodes has been pretty good, but nothing really stuck out until this episode. There were a couple of good tracks this episode, and some that I might go and try to make OST recreations of. This one played during the flashback of Nobara's past, when she was thinking of Saori.

Indeed it is. This show is already shaping up to have a fantastic soundtrack. By the way, I made another version of this cover that includes strings and the other instruments, if you wanted to check that out. It's much closer to the original.

Were have I been!!!! This channle is exactly what I have been needing and to know I found it by searching for the songs used in Jujutsu Maiden episode 3. Oh also a thought i had right after commenting is were can we find sheet music for this if we even can find it.

What is the key? What scale is being used?

I think it may be C major, there doesn't seem to be any sharps.

It's actually A minor Both C major and A minor have the same notes, they have no flats or sharps. The difference is that the main chord in C major, the most recurrent chord is, well, C major, while the main chord in A minor (used by this OST) is... well, A minor. Also major scales tend to sound happier, while minor scales (in this case A minor) usually sound more melancholic and sad, like this OST
