This is going to be a platonic love letter from one editor to another: I AM CRAZY ABOUT YOUR EDITS. See, I am a huge fan of long comments that mention details and most liked parts, so I always try to do the same when I really enjoy something. My friend recently spamed me with all your JJK edits because I've binged the whole thing a few weeks ago and now I am not just obsessed with the whole world, but also with everything you have done with it so far. Sound effects are one of my favorite things ever and I do not know how you do them so well like every sound is placed so perfectly well and suits the song, footage and pace of the whole edit and I just really admire that skill and bow down to you. Like especially the voice overs and the parallels between them - I am in awe. ALSO THE MASKING OF ALL THE SHOES? I noticed it first and was like "Oh, cool detail!" but then I realized it was something you did throughout the whole edit like you committed to this thing that keeps going on and it is just very pleasing to notice that. I need to literally scream about 0:24 .. like the masking? Nobara's hammer, the background, the transition to Megumi and then Megumi himself? YOU ARE CRAZY? This is just so incredibly pleasing to watch like I am so crazy about this single part, you really understood the way the song works and made it match the footage you chose perfectly. Speaking of footage, everything is so well picked like the parallels .. it must've taken so much time to put all of these together. Also the mood/vibe of the song is just so fun and upbeat and you conveyed that perfectly with the style you chose for this(I've seen your other edits and you are also insane regarding the heavy vfx department so again, bowing down to you for being such a multitalent). I also really love 0:37 .. so pleasing. And 0:52 AAAA literal goosebumps! One of my favorite things to do myself is playing around with the song and adding parts like these so you adding this here at such a perfect time with a parallel even ? SO COOL! YOU ARE SO, SO COOL! Also you do not actually think that I did not notice you masking and animating Megumi at 1:18 right? I am so blown away by this I wish I could put my feelings better into words because this edit brings me so much joy and also on a technical level it is absolutely stunning like I can learn so much from you. You didn't overdo the transitions, didn't go overboard with the brightness etc, like it is just all so perfect within the vibe of the song and I just think that is an incredible job you've done here and am really thankful for my friend for hitting me up with your content because this inspires me so much.
