I was able to answer my own question with Jsaxophone's help, the pianist is Ivo Janssen, and the CD, _Adolph Sax revisited_ (Ottavo Recordings, 2001). Sad to say it seems to be long out of print & unavailable.

It's about a 6

I won't say it's 6, to play it well requires better handle of the techniques, it should be higher than 6.

In Trinity College it is ATCL level

It’s above grade 8

Dont know what rcm is but it really depends on how fast
