This route is located in the Gorges du Loup, near Nice, in the south of France.
It was bolted by Cédric Lo Piccolo around fifteen years ago. The route was established as 9a, but after 3 holds broke was later called 9a+

Its so hard to get hiangles these days that my guy is climbing in a pair with his toe literally hanging out of them lol. Adidas needs to get that restock in asap.

Have you tried any of the “unparalleled” stuff? I believe it’s the O.G. designer from Adidas continuing to make the O.G. designs that adidas no longer hold patents for…. They may have a shoe that is the exact same “hi-angel” last with a new name. For example I climb in the “unparalleled” version of the old adidas “dragons”, and they’re almost identical. Also, I’m not a rep. for them or anything, just a very satisfied customer!

All these pros throwing away or destroying their hiangles like they’ve never heard of a resole. I’m 3 resoles through my white hiangles and they still climb like they did day 1

I did this to an old muira after I broke my toe swinging back into the wall after a dynamic move. I'm guessing the same here.

What is going on with this top rope at the beginning, clipped to the 2nd bolt?

You preclip the 2. draw but have the ethic (?) to not use a kneepad? Please explain to me. I really dont understand preclipping, especially when its above the first bolt.
