Queen of Westminster Julia Hartley-Brewer is the political pundit with big opinions, hosting big debates about the big issues you care about and, of course, taking your calls.
Can people stop equating a healthy diet with a costly one. I am a vegetarian - a lifelong one. My children are healthy on every metric . All 3 are over 6 ft.4 inches snd they are fit. My food bill is at least a third of my omnivore friends. Tomato paste made with actual tomatoes in season or tinned out of season - is a fraction of the price of a jar of pasta sauce etc. Processed foods are simply more expensive weight for weight and deliver less nutrition pound for pound, penny for penny.
We all have different DNA and what might be good for you might not be good for someone else and maybe people just dont want to be a vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, or whatever other diet there is out there, maybe they like their junk food and that is down to them. It might be cheaper but it really isn't to everyones preference
This is why everyone MUST vote for REFORM - Once Labour get in they will make us all poor whether you have your own house or not. Council tax, income tax, national insurance, taxes on this that and the other will be imposed.
