Which is why the show is on HBO and not free-to-air TV or basic cable. Too many bleeps and toned-down language.

Favorite part of VEEP - whenever Tony Hale (Gary) fake-laughs because Selena is laughing. Cracks me up every single f**king time. Cracks me up even thinking about it

All these people are award-worthy in their own right. And it turns out that Veep is the anti-GoT. The final season was spectacularly good and the finale was perfection.

Hey honestly, I just watched veep in a matter of weeks for the first time and saw the finale last weekend and followed game of thrones around when season 4 aired and let me tell you, veep was more gratifying than my absurd commitment to the game of thrones series as by the finale.

First of all, the finale was everything it should have been: outrageous, hilarious, and actually a little sad during the last few minutes. SPOILER ALERT!!! Selina finally gets what she (thinks she) wanted, but at what cost? All of her "family" of misfits are nowhere to be found, surrounding her and fulfilling every whim of hers (especially poor Gary). Then, at her funeral, who should be the last to mourn her but Gary with her favorite lipstick. That was poignant and shows the reason why this shows was such a wonderful, wonderful show.

omg i didn't understand one word from what senator furlong says because of all the beeps but i can't wait to hear the full version this sunday. he's like the worst sleazeball of all politician characters and i love it. he has like no boundaries even in public lol. plus leon being a turncoat after getting fired for the 'tibet speech' is hilarious.

It’s going to be hard to fill the void left by this show now that we’re left watching the real-life version, which though funny at times, is really more of an abject tragedy.

Colbert really loved the fourth season. Who doesn’t !!!! Genius! Episode “Alicia” (3:3) was The best for me, but then came "Testimony." And i was like: WOW, OMG, this is fantastic!!! no other comedy has that level.

I don't know why not. You just have to be smart about it. Like Netflix, Prime, and the rest. Have family or circle of friends each get one and share the info. I am responsible for HBO Now in mine.
