Selena may not have the most powerful voice but she is one of the best role models out there. She is so deep down to earth, I love how she doesn’t tweet her life problems. She disappears from the internet, takes time for herself, because she honestly knows that her health is better than fame and money which is amazing to know to little kids these days.

I feel this song so much. I have extreme anxiety and many of my friends say they "have it" and it's so annoying. They don't know what it feels like. They say they have it because they have "butterflies in their stomach before a test" that's not anxiety, it's called being anxious. I wake up, shake and shiver for hours, have the room spin non-stop, throw up (my anxiety causes me to throw up randomly), have stomachaches the equivalent to an appendix bursting, not feeling safe in my own home, feeling like at every waking moment in the day i'm going to die. It feels like my arms or legs aren't attached to my body. like they are not connected to my body. it's the strangest feeling, and it lasts about 3 minutes every couple days they ask me why i don't want to go across the street to the store, and i can't explain to them that i don't want to be seen. i don't want to die. i don't want to have interactions. the teachers will ask me a question and i'll just burst into tears. i don't want people's eyes on me. i don't want the pressure. i don't want to be wrong. people will ask me why i can be so social and loud one day, but the next be closed off. it's because maybe i'm finally comfortable one day. i'm finally happy for once. i feel safe, but it only lasts a couple of hours. i have a hard time opening up to people, and when i do something wrong, i think for the worst. i apologize for other people's mistakes. I get clingy for the fear of people leaving, since i've been left multiple times.
